Norbert has been a doctor since qualifying from St. Mary’s Hospital, London in 1975. Subsequent to a 2 year spell in the Health Centre, Norbert returned to hospital work, obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 1982 and elected Fellow of the Royal College (London) in 1996.
